Michelle Brock brings an uncommon combination of analytical thinking, international experience and relentless client advocacy to South Florida real estate.

Before beginning her real estate career in 2017, Michelle spent 23 years as a high school biology and chemistry teacher, including time living and working internationally in Costa Rica and China. That background shaped the way she approaches real estate today: research the details, ask the right questions, explain things clearly and never stop looking until she understands the complete picture.

Michelle is known by her clients for exceptional responsiveness and dedication. Calls are answered, questions are followed up on promptly, and no detail is considered too small. Whether reviewing a contract, evaluating a property or researching a community, she has a reputation for noticing issues and opportunities that can easily be overlooked.

A strong but fair negotiator, Michelle believes the best transaction is not simply about getting to closing — it is about protecting her client's interests and making sure they understand exactly what they are buying or selling.

In 2026, Michelle has sold 18 homes, with approximately 90% of that business coming from repeat clients. Having lived abroad herself, she also understands the unique considerations involved in international real estate transactions and enjoys working with buyers from around the world purchasing property in South Florida.
